An autumn wine dinner at Fore, built around the wines of Piedmont.

Ruggeri Corsini is a family-run winery in Monforte d’Alba, founded by Loredana Addari and Nicola Argamante. Today, the estate is still run by the family, with their daughters Francesca and Vittoria also involved.

This is Piedmont in October, so expect wines with depth, shape and a little more autumn weight. Barbera, Nebbiolo, Barolo territory. Bottles that want good food, a slower evening and proper time at the table.

The kitchen at Fore will build a seasonal menu around the wines, leaning into richer autumn produce and the farm-led cooking that sits at the heart of Hertford House.
