Bar Back – HERTFORD HOUSE

Job description
Hertford House Hotel is currently recruiting a Bar Back to join their talented team. We are looking for experienced and talented staff to help drive our venue to the next level and establish ourselves as the truly premium bar of Hertford, offering excellent cocktails, wines, and a fantastic range of spirits.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
Provide excellent customer service by keeping the bar clean and tidy.
Ensure bottles are fully stocked (wine/mixers/bottles beers)
Make sure bar is wiped down and empty glasses cleared regularly
Wipe down tables if necessary
Fill and empty the Glass washer, including –
Empty any leftover drink/lemon or lime slices/ straws into sink, then put in bin
When finished, empty all glasses and stack back in correct places
Knowledge and experience required:
Able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment, maintaining high quality service
Looking to develop experience working across a multifunctional bar in a busy town centre hotel bar.
High standards of hygiene, working clean and tidy and maintaining a high level of personal hygiene throughout your shift.
Job Type: Part-time Friday and Saturday 5pm – 2am. Applicants need to be age 18+ due to the hours of work.
Pay: £8.60+ per hour (dependant on experience)
