Here are some of the ways we are working towards being a greener and more socially responsible business:

Our aim is to use local suppliers for our produce wherever possible, reducing food miles and packaging

Our fish suppliers are committed to sustainable fish practices and are proud supporters of the Marine Stewardship Council

We recycle all cooking oil

Plastic room sundries, such as toothbrushes, shoehorns etc, are available on request from reception to reduce single use plastics

Ask us to email your invoice rather than print it out

All light bulbs have been updated to LED bulbs, reducing our overall electricity consumption

Our complimentary water is a recyclable can; drink, recycle and it will be back on the shelf in 6 weeks
