A Napa Valley dinner at Fore, with wines from Merryvale.

Based in St. Helena, Merryvale is a family-owned Napa winery with a focus on estate vineyard wines and the different characters of the valley, from the valley floor to the mountains. Its own tasting programme is built around exploring Napa’s AVAs and the individuality of each site.

For this dinner, expect wines with polish, depth and that unmistakable Napa confidence. Richer whites, structured reds and bottles made for a proper dinner table.

The Fore kitchen will create a seasonal paired menu to sit alongside the wines, bringing a little California warmth into Hertford for one night.
