Join us at FORE for a one night only winemaker dinner with Winzerfamilie Gregor Schup, visiting from Lower Austria.

We’ll be pouring a line up of Schup wines across the evening, each paired with a course from the kitchen. Expect proper seasonal cooking, great bottles and a relaxed dinner with the winemaker talking through the wines as the night goes on.

About the winery

Winzerfamilie Gregor Schup is a sixth generation family winery based in Guntramsdorf in Niederösterreich. The family has been making wine here for more than 300 years, growing from a small plot of vines to nearly 28 hectares across the region.

Their vineyards sit around Eichkogel, an area known for producing some of Austria’s most characterful wines. With fertile soils and a great climate for both whites and reds, it’s a place where tradition runs deep but the winemaking stays fresh and modern.

What you’ll drink

Schup works with a wide range of grapes including Riesling, Chardonnay, Rotgipfler, Zierfandler, Pinot Noir, Zweigelt, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Across the evening you’ll taste a selection of their wines paired with a set menu from the FORE kitchen.
